A: we are a factory. We can produce porcelain products, no broker fee, very cost effective. In the mean time, we are familiar with many other flatware, glassware factory, which allows us to offer the one stop service, save your time and cost.
Q: What's your MOQ? Can I add up different products to reach the MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ for dinnerware is 100pcs,single type, but it varies from type to type. And if the models you choose are in stock, the MOQ is flexible.
Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A:We currently accept TT,western union, e-checking( or the alibaba trade assurance)
Q:How can u promise get without chipping?
A:All the products we will have 3 layers packing also by wooden pallet ,wooden boxes, Max protect them before shipping.
Q: What is your production leading time?
A: For stock products, we can ship within 5 days, if production is needed, the leading time is around 15-20 days usually, if there are holidays in the production time, please confirm the time with us.

A:All Dinnerware are SAFETY put in Dishwasher and Microwave oven, disinfection cabinet, steamer.and the material all in the standard porcelain material , without any Hazardous chemical materials, also we have the test report for each item.
